BelleMichou Clothier is an independent fashion design company specializing in handcrafted garments for youthful imaginations and discerning style mavens. Named after her mother and inspired by Michou’s impeccable style, BelleMichou began as the creative experiment of dancer and designer Laetiçia Emmanuel. Using of an eclectic mix of fabrics and textures, vintage details and interesting silhouettes, BelleMichou aims to create clothing that is both inspiring and timeless.
BelleMichou also offers distinctive vintage apparel carefully sourced for its uniqueness and quality.

Laetiçia Emmanuel is a classically trained performing artist and theatrical designer living in New York. Her love for costume design and vintage fashion became the catalysts for what would become BelleMichou. She honed her sewing and dress making skills by tailoring and reconstructing vintage garments that once belongs to her mother and in 2007, she opened BelleMichou Clothier primarily selling vintage and vintage-inspired apparel and accessories.
In the spring of 2010, Laetiçia plans to launch her first collection.
